Flower Nerd
Wednesday Rima and I decided to venture out to the Denver Botanical Gardens and have a Picnic in the pack afterwards. The Gardens are located in a very pretty area of Denver. I would 100% live there. Rima and I would like to know what all these people do or did to live in such beautiful homes with incredible landscaping. We might start knocking on some doors and asking some hard hitting questions like "Sir, WHAT DO YOU DO?". The botanical gardens are beautiful! We were both very impressed. Rima was in heaven. She basically stopped every 5-8 paces to bend down and take multiple images of flowers varying from tiny to large. Flowers I passed by not thinking anything about she freaked out about.

beautiful peonies!
It was very cute all her excitement over species of plants and flowers I just thought were "oh pretty". Rima unfortunately did not get a photo of a hummingbird on a flower of a butterfly on a flower. "I don't need them to be on the same flower and picture, I'm not asking for that much!" After we wondered through the gardens and decided that they needed a rose garden and a bigger peony area, we were ready for lunch. I packed a picnic for us before we left the house. We drove next door to Cheesman park. Yes, that's the name of the park, we did not make it up. How fitting that I brought cheese with us!
