Bottomless fun!

Bottomless fun!

Sunday, Dennis, Rima, and I drove into Denver for the day. We originally had plans to go to the Rockies Baseball Game. It was opening day weekend and we were hoping that the weather would cooperate. Something I've learned in the last two weeks of living in Colorado. The weather really does change every ten minutes. Seriously, if you don't like it give it ten minutes and you just might change your feelings. We went to brunch at a spot Dennis and Rima had visited before. The Lobby in downtown Denver. An amazing brunch spot with bottomless mimosas for only 12 bucks! Sign me up for life! Where is the frequent flyer drinker card? Now, I know I mentioned that Rima should not be drinking after the surgery but before, we can partake in some bottomless liquid fun once in a blue moon. Shhhh, don't tell her doctors!

We had a barrel full of giggles and laughs at brunch. Dennis, somehow can stand mine and Rima's back and forth imitation comedy of voices and sounds. Currently we are VERY stuck on the Shining. Which we have both recently seen for the first time. "redrum, redrum" and "Tony lives in my mouth" probably are said in a creepy voices at least thirty times a day each by the two of us. We also like to incorporate the finger, as if it is talking like in the movie. Sunday was probably in the upper fifties. If you have encountered the two of us in the middle of these "interactions", then I have to apologize for possibly scarring you and your children. At least the Uber driver the night before enjoyed us even though Dennis was begging us to stop....

The weather was giving us a bit of trouble yesterday, so we backed out of the baseball game and bought tickets to the basketball game. The Denver Nuggets were playing the Utah Jazz. We got some pretty good seats, only like 5 stairs for Rima, hooray! The game was fun, Rima and I basically talked and laughed a majority of the time. Again, apologies if you sat behind us, I promise we are not as crazy as we might have sounded.

The three of us had a fantastic day in Denver. Full of laughs, Rima had multiple cough attacks BUT we think it's worth it.
